Im stuck in Wisconsin due to the weather. I dont know when it will be safe to move out

That would make it worse. We are far cleaner than pre industrial society. Its a numbers game.. cull the herd or deal with the changes....

 

Nothing but ice at the homestead with no power, generator is working today.

Now it is raining with freezing rain coming down, the big old dead tree across the road just came down, it was going to be cut down this just saves time.

Over half of my trucks in the north part of the country are sitting it all out, lots of late deliveries. With a few sitting for more than a couple days.

 

These truck drivers are really irritating . I can barely stop my fully grossed truck at 15 mph yet here they are doing 65+ tailgating cars .

And of course 9 miles down the road they're jack knifed in a ditch

 

It sounds better and it's easier to remember.
Like hurricanes. We all remember the names

i was in this mess all day. got bad in about tomah. in between tomah and mauston some clown in a ford/sterling it looked like,heading east went into the median,blew across it and the westbound lanes clipping another truck,laid over and slid off into the ditch. wasn't icy at all yet just rain.

got to costco this am and their plow service neglected to show up.

 

And I am sitting in the hills of Colorado hoping it will rain, snow, just anything with moisture in it, whole state going to burn it is so dry.

 

Dang the blue tail fly.. it's so hot...

 

Superior/Duluth right now . Horrible !!
