Leased a new shop. Not very big ( I only get 1/2 of the building) but I can park whole unit out side and only a very short walk to the house. Remote door, cold and hot water, floor drain and compressor already included. It’s more for parking the Vette and pickup in the winter then the semi, but the semi will fit. 028DD8FF-3FF5-433A-A13F-0E09A98A703B.jpeg

Yea, but hopefully the shine stays till the snow flys again.

If I can’t have a little shine on my truck for most of the year trucking probly wouldn’t be for me.

Well, I had a case of the Mondays that rolled over to Tuesday by the looks of things. Cheap lumber load that costs me a full day of bs. I couldn’t make my 1200 appointment (I left at 0300 this morning for a 450 mile run...) that’s not early enough for the northeast — now I know.

Sat in Connecticut what felt like allllll morning due to a crash on I84. Just couldn’t make up for lost time... so I made it here at 2:45pm, 15 minutes before they close for the door. Well ####.

I ain’t one of those guys that whines when they arrive super late in the day “I got here you’re obligated to stay and unload me!” #### that nonsense. Told the guys straight up it’ll take me an hour to yank three tarps and remove the securement, let’s start fresh in the morning? They show at 0630 I’ll be there around 0545 to get started. Empty by 0730 with a full 14 as those nice Amish folk allowed me to drop my trailer there
