Do you mean the tablet to replace the Qualcom unit?
Do you really want that thing? Do you understand some of the extra work it will bring to you?
I was next to a Knight driver as he was doing his pretrip one day. He had the tablet.
There are sensors all around the truck and trailer that track the pretrip process. You have to scan each and every one of them with the tablet. And you have to wait a certain amount of time in between each sensor.
You get the added work of fumbling with a tablet and scanning sensors while doing your pretrip.
I wonder how much other added work is involved with those things.

Actually I just want something with better GPS maps. Or at least pay the money and update the GPS program on QC. After all these years, it still can’t find Denver terminal. It gets lost in newer portion of the freeway. But over all I am happy with QC.

Somebody blow up Denver... especially in the area of that terminal.
Then maybe Swift would move it out of town to a better piece of land.MysticHZ Thanks this. -
How does scanning a scan bar do a pretrip, you no many will be just getting the required scans without really looking, then when doing inspections, they are done constantly all shift long and a good one at end of shift to find all that went bad during that time.
