I answered "4 psi" below but it was marked as incorrect. The driver handbook seems to indicate that 4 psi for a combination vehicle is correct. Which is correct? Thanks.

Since the question did not ask for the answer to a brakes applied leakage rate, it expects you to assume it’s a brakes released leakage rate with the correct answer being 3psi per min.

    I disagree with your quote.
The first sentence states hold the foot brake.

Good points. Maybe it is asking for "brakes released leak rate" but I was not able to find this anywhere in the handbook.

Well I'll say this , I re/ read it a couple times and was like .huh? wtf. Lol
I interpreted it the same as you.
But no worries on my end I wound not having to take all the tests.
Since I was adding hazmat that's all I had to take to renew my license.
I was actually kinda pissed lol cause I spent a lot time reading that dang manual.

I quoted nothing. The hold the foot brake is from his handbook, not the question.

California 2017-2018. DriverDriver, yeah I am skipping my hazmat until perhaps after the weekend. I am not sure but it seems like that particular endorsement takes quite a bit of study.
