Okay..... I need advice on what to do in this situation.
Here’s what happened:
Last week( Memorial weekend) I parked my truck where I always park it when I go home. I was scheduled to deliver Monday night so went to pick up my truck. When I arrived at the trucks stop there was a note on my window saying to call the number in the note to provide information about the person who hit my truck. My truck was clipped on the right bumper, headlight also broken.
I called the number and the person who left the note explained that he witnessed the incident. He took pictures of the truck and trailer that hit my truck he even talked to the driver letting her know that she clipped my truck. This good man emailed me the pictures where they show the company’s name, truck number, trailer number and the approximate time of the incident.
I called the company to file a claim but since it was Memorial day they only took my information and I was told to call back next day.
I called Tuesday and the person who I talked to told me that the safety director will be handling this issue. My call was transferred to his extension and no one answered so I left a message. I’ve called and left 5 messages to the safety director and he has not returned any of my calls. Some other person called me to ask me to email the pictures I have. I have called and left messages to this other person many time but no answer and no return calls.
I’m very upset and I don’t know what to do.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated it
Clipped by company driver. Company not returning my calls

Yeah, you need to have your insurance companies duke it out. Nobodies going to say a word to you, and you should probably get your story off the internet while you're fighting these guys - just in case you need to amend it, or take a slightly different angle on a 'fact'... Everyone has been told to shut up about the accident... you got someone working for you to deal with that?

Well school just got out so there is a chance that the guy who handles these things is on vacation. I mean, it's rather common these days for companies to have only one person who can deal with something. Foolish, but factual. Regardless, your insurance company should be able to get through, they have more resources.

I tried this once, being the nice guy when a big company driver tore off my mirror backing beside me, I was coming out the truck stop, seen him and couldn’t get him stopped, two weeks later they said, “We fixed ours, we suggest you fix yours, good day.” And hung up, now I call my insurance company and let them handle it
