Wrong on all accounts. Truck is new enough to require an ELD, only lights (other than work lights) that are on it are those required by the regulations, and while my CB is always on, I rarely talk except for a brief greeting when I see a driver I know or to relay road info to others in the area. It would be unprofessional to tie up the channel with mindless jabbering.

 

I also drive a Mack. Hooked to a 48' spread right now. Also pull 40' grain wagons, 39' end dumps, 53' vans, and 40' pneumatics.
