agree. apparently i’m missing something about the trucking industry.

 

My recommendation is not to livestream yourself on the road doing what you think is polite, safe, and legal -- for all the reasons which are quite likely to cause your safety man to react in horror to, should you run the plan by him.

There are only two reasons why I would even consider running a livestream from a truck: One is if I am very independent, running my own equipment, with my own authority, and handling my own freight (or freight which belongs to close friends). The other is if the entire scheme is only a company-managed PR stunt.

 

The same technology that shows the kind of stuff we put up with could also show you doing something wrong and causing an accident. I run a dash cam every mile I drive, but in the unlikely event I ever got into an accident that I caused, the dash cam would instantly vanish without a trace, if I was physically able. Once you live stream, it's out there for good.

 

What, you don't like 14 to 16 hr days? Lol

 

Every job is this way. The more you get paid the more crap you have to put up with it seems to me. If you find the perfect job that pays above average that doesn’t have any BS then please tell me so I can apply.
