Hi guys this is the TNT history thread.

TNT had many companies the first one will talk about is Comet.

 

OMG YES! In 1998 we went on a trip to Peak n Peak Ski Resort in, New York State and on the way there I remember seeing all the USF Red Star Trucks with lit up air shields and that would have been right when the TNT era had ended. The TNT era ended in 1996, but I remember all those USF Red Star Trucks on the New York Thru Way at night time. That was fun back then all those Ford Aeromax trucks that's all you saw.

A lot of the big day cab fleets used the Ford Aeromax back in the day.

 

NEMF has light up air shields too, but @Bob Dobalina is right Dayton really is the only major player with light up air shields can see there trucks at night no problem.

 

Rene Buron put together a classification list of the TNT Companies because it is very hard to keep them straight. He's way more qualified to talk about them, then I am, but this gives you an overview of what they had there hands in.
