Florida is becoming too crowded, and the rates are laughable, here in Georgia I have beaches 50 minutes from Savannah port and the rates are comparable to nj if not better, a military base huge 5 minutes away from my house so my wife can go there and put the kid in childcare and the department of defense has the best school system maybe in the whole world, Dirt cheap taxes, plus I'm in a growing city with no crime and I have a fishing pond within 2 minutes walk. And I also only pay 1100 mortgage for a 1/2 acre 2200 square foot house custom built house based on my wife wants. I was paying twice more for 3 times less.

 

When it comes to crime anything less than north Jersey is no crime!
