What if money isn't the reason for being choked at not being able to get done what needed to be done?

Would you say the same of a guy just trying to get home to "suprise" pick his kid up from school?

The rules are the rules for operating on the highway. Don't like the rules shred your license and find a cart pusher job.

 

The ELD cheerleaders always use that response. I guess “getting the job done” is not even a thought in their vocabulary.

 

It was in the 1000 comments posted in the docket from idjit truckers whining about everything from shippers to lack of showers.

The same idjits that got us a half hour nappy time with their ignorant crap the last time around.

Most belong to the eldorme twatface group. Oddly enough all they do is continue to ##### instead of fulfilling their oath to "quit this ####ing industry".

You ##### you gave up time instead of demanding pay for it. This is a common theme. How you are always just short of what you planned to do. Always it is a broker boned you, a dispatcher, that ###### reciever.......

Oddly enough 250,000 trucks made it today, despite obstacles. They adapted, overcame, pushed through........

You think Walmart does not have time constraints. I assure you we operate under the same 395 as everyone else.

Maybe if the rest of the industry can get it done despite lost POs, bogus appointments, limited parking, (insert common bullcrud excuse here) the problem might lie somewhere else.

 

Uhm no not hourly. Well not exclusively. Kind of a hybrid. We get mileage, accesorials, hourly when we get detained.

But we are not discussing my pay, but the issues you seem to consistently face. You have a choice, adapt or perish.

Demand compensation for those delays. Don't work for folks that can not deliver.

Or not. But blaming the eld is as backwards as blaming a red light for a late delivery, or snowstorm for a roll over.

You are trying to fix the wrong issue.
