    Look I know it is always envogue to complain about ones job. Hell I ##### when there are pallets loaded, or not loaded, or claims.......

    But blaming the wrong things will never fix your situation.

    Here? No I have a backhaul coordinator. Some days I am curious if they have let a meerkat run that spot.

    Before here all the time.

    And I held the same line then. My time is not free, and a screw up on their part does not constitute a crisis on mine.

    We were always taught to treat the disease in hard health.

    Banamine can mask the pain, Dexamethasone can hide the swelling but what is the thing causing both those conditions? That is what you need to treat.

    You can ##### a broker boned you, the eld made you stop (no it did not but another discussion), the shipper had weird hours......

    It all boils down to you want to make more. So get off your ### and do it.

    No idea what you think reality we live in?
    Demand whatever you want. That does not mean you will get it.
    Try doing your driving job, and calling broker, for appointment info, and adress.. Than get to customer and call someone for lumper pay. Than keep pallet counts and such.
    Oh then try doing this 3 times for 3 stops on the same load. Oh and by the way if you don't deliver by your appointment on friday. Your stuck for 3 days over the holiday weekend. Don't forget to plan for a blown tire, a traffic jam, and the accident you will encounter on friday. But always remember to keep the elog happy or uncle Sam will shut us down. This is reality of a reefer load.
