In other words, if your driver is standing there unloading while a visible plume of cement dust is blowing out the top of the silo and he just continues to stand there and doesn't take any corrective action and doesn't quit unloading, the driver and his company are subject to being cited.
I don't like some of the rules any better than anybody else but, for now at least, they are the rules. We have two choices. Follow the rules or try to sneak by. Sneaking by can get expensive real fast.Bud A., Blackshack46 and windsmith Thank this. -
One place where I delivered cement powder, some clown built a sub-division beside the cement plant, then the people that moved there complained about being dusted. Of course the cement plant caught the heat from the local small town government.

Are these pics all showing cement? Is one type of bulk product more at risk for these abuses than another? I'm coming down to Central TX come September and I'm wondering if my opportunities will continue to be in chemical tanks, or will I have to be less picky where I end up.

This one was made in 1978, they sent it out to be repaired by a so called tank expert. It came back with #### welds so I will never pull it again.
