One thing I enjoy about this company is when you say you need something for your truck, you get it. My steer tires were getting worn. The Church Hill shop didn't have steer tires when I passed thru there last week, so I called breakdown...they said any truckstop or Goodyear commercial tire shop is fine...drivers choice, as long as they accept the Goodyear corporate account. So, with the load down to San Antonio coming out 8 hrs late, I waited until this afternoon to get them replaced. I pulled into the Love's in Italy, TX. Checked to see if they had Moore's choice of steer tire, and said here is Moore's number. The tires were replaced without question. None of this "check and see" crap like Crete use to pull. And when the tire guy called them to get all the approval and Goodyear account info, they answered...none of this "your call is important, please wait for the next available operator" (they only have 1 person per shift in breakdown, and I have only been on hold twice). My tires were on, p.o. was already provided and I was out of there in less than an hour. Gotta love it!!!!
