This says a lot about the calibre of driver that they hire. I would imagine they've had multiple drivers somehow screw up headlights and/or electrical systems while installing a light bulb in in order to have to enact a policy that forbids changing light bulbs.

can understand cre with the way some of there drivers are lol ...... but rule 1 don't be afraid to ask for help Laredo is mostly a cluster f anyways but if there is no driver available ask the reciever to have someone to come out and help spot you in the dock .... most places will gladly help you some get ####y but f them it's there cluster place .... even in a truck stop tight place just ask for help anybody that would think of you is an ahole anyways I would much rather have some one ask me for help than hit my truck ........ rule 2 when backing in to a triple spot don't take the middle spot take the one on the sight side
Lepton1 and NavigatorWife Thank this. -

The answer has finally been found as to why they take breaks at the fuel pump. Some of these truck stops (ta) and their poorly thought out parking designs. Out of hours and not allowed to blind side what is a driver supposed to do???

Wow.....I guess the pronlem with England is that they pretty much put anybody to work. Common sense is missing throughout this entire situation here, I'd say both sides. CR England has ridiculous rules. To the OP, you better learn to communicate and you better learn to get into tight holes. You're a professional driver now, and not every dock or truck stop is going to be heavenly. You also better learn to communicate to your company in a more timely manner
