    Ideally you would get the support of ooida and any company that did not want to sign it and give drivers. Compensation would be a company you wouldn't drive for.

    But as I said ooida is in fact useless. Which is why I made a different suggestion, any comments on it?

    If you want a contract with your employer you have to have a union. You want that then sign up. You don't like it where you're at move on. There are a lot of top dollar driving jobs out there for drivers with a good PSP and MVR.
    You think OOIDA is like a union? It is not, never was, never will be. Was never meant to be.

    Ignorant, self serving, rude, narcissistic drivers coupled with privileged union workers and you have the perfect #### stew. Drop the box and come out on the road where the real truckers are.
