Next time you two are have lunch or a cup of coffee at a truck stop tell him how fortunate you are that the company hasn't found out you lied about your criminal background and how you spent most your the time in solitary confinement because of the strange things you do to people when you're sleepwalking.

Sounds to me more like a big baby that was pampered his whole life. Only child syndrome perhaps..? Just griping & whining to drop a trailer? Scared to put in any sweat.

IMHO, anyone whom is constantly telling others of their "disability" probably doesn't have one, or has the absolute mildest form of the condition possible for a quack diagnoses..

I could care less if a guy throws around f-bombs left & right while casually speaking with me. But these tantrums you described, screw that crap. I wouldn't put up with that from my girlfriend, much less a supposedly grow ### man I stuck in a truck with 24/7.. Get out of there quick, before you lose your temper. Or worse yet, you inadvertently do something that puts man child in one of these fits & you two go at it.

Good luck, & get out fast!!

Ask him if he gets his underwear at Kmart. Then throw down some toothpicks and see how fast he can count them. Call ######## on his autism if it’s more the three seconds.

This might be a very short post.

Get him the hell out of your truck, pass him off to the Company. You have a "Cheese" from the old Fosters Cartoon show on your hands. If the company has any sense at all, they will stamp the papers to where anyone he tries to visit to drive OTR would reject him.

Especially if you are already considering the possibility of a fight on the side of the road. All that fit throwing and temper over a routine trailer drop? OMG man does not yet know what it is to be stressed with 40 ton.

Everyone is different but you will probably be fine. Autistics are more likely to be victims, rather than a perpetuator. Probably due to throwing fits and telling everyone stuff they don't want to hear and dont care about. ;)

That will go over really well at the clients that England has. Only a matter of time. How could he get through screening if it's this bad?

Drug screening is all CRE does, all fitness related issues are handled by DOT medical cards.

This is mental, not physical. Doubt they address that for the med card, unless it's obvious you can't function.
