DHT Average Length of Haul is 1450 Miles. There are No Refers & No Snow Chains. DHT has No NorthWest, No NorthEast & No Florida customers. DHT has Multiple Company Owned Yards & Shops. DHT is 60% Drop & Hook. The DHT Live Loads are a blessing compared to the rude/stressed people at many grocery warehouses. The DHT Qualcomm is Quiet, and the dispatchers don’t nag you. Light Loads are very common...DHT has Nice People, and a Relaxed Environment. OTR doesn’t get easier than DHT, and the pay is still better than most Mega Refers so if you actually like OTR than you’ll like DHT. If you have family stay local. If you’re chasing money go to Odessa/Midland Texas, but if you actually like OTR than DHT is as easy as it gets.

Danny Herman Trucking does not pull refers or other companies trailers. We haul our own trailers for our very own customers only. Our biggest customer is Paccar who we haul parts for and the reason we drive all Kenworth trucks except for the older Freightliners we have that are being phased out. We are a great company management are all very nice people and leave you alone you have freedom here you won't have to worry about being micromanaged like most other companies. We run great lanes mostly from Ohio to California or vice versa but spend most of our time in nice weather. We don't carry chains and we don't run up in the northeast. Teams do really well here we make about 70 cpm after bonuses are factored in which we always get. We need teams!!!
coueshunter, Vic Firth and SHOJim Thank this. -
