wrong sams club has the issues. wm would be better off with out them. sams has never been a true part of wm and still today doesnt feel part of wm. sams club is like a bad step child. sam walton started a true sams club. the rest he bought from korie Robertson father. willies robertson wife. her father owned the clubs based out of monroe la that sam bought out. wm does way better in sales. then sams club sales and membership sales. thats why the wm associates discount card doesnt work at sams. cause the two arent truly one.

Well maybe he was the guy that was cutting all the calluses of his feet with a butcher knife in the video a few months back.

I was wondering if it was just the Walmart in my little town or if it was everywhere. Now I know. Associates here don't have even a single efff to give whatsoever. I think loss prevention is the only one trying to be productive.

Hourly employees come and go in most cases but the staff that sticks it out and make it to a salaried position are the ones that care and usually stay 20+ years. I only enjoy dealing with assistant managers and store managers. They get things done. I'm not sure if department managers are salaried but they are better than the rest.

I got fed up all the way to my very last nerve at the attitudes once and brought it up to some manager in a yellow vest, and he tried to dodge responsibility for someone who not only had a crappy attitude and a crappy tone to my innocent question, but he dismissed me out of hand even though what I was asking was all his department and responsibility. I tuned that dude up so fiercely that they permanently relocated an entire shelf of product. I have a thing about me that I sometimes don't like at all, and it centers around my complete intolerance of laziness and apathy, especially when they have a childish attitude about it. Granted, tearing his ### up wasn't entirely the right thing to do but if I didn't take responsibility to do something, or at least try to do something, then I would be disappointed in myself in a bad way. I just feel compelled to try to make right what I found to be wrong due to some trait of conscientiousness that is organic. I know they hate me when I go in there, and I see the eyes of the employees that don't like that dude, like I'm some kind of mountain folk hero that might someday join the tales of the local oral traditions just because I straight up told their manager what a ####### he is like an stern and disappointed father berating his child for some kind of severe moral failing that is not easily forgiven without penance and sacrifice for contrition. Yeah, sometimes I disappear and the drill sergeant ends of standing there to put what has fallen off the tracks back into place.

In 1972, a crack commando unit was sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn't commit. These men promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the Los Angeles underground. Today, still wanted by the government they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them....maybe you can hire The A-Team.

Just an update...Jeff h came on the obc and announced they were delaying the re alignment as they are bringing back 5/5 runs, more 6/3 runs, 1000 new assigned trucks and going to try to keep extra board from having to jump seat so many times during the week. They are also going to offer drivers who left since Feb a chance to return with no loss in pay and benefits. Things may start looking up[ some around here:))
