Sounds like SRT is trying to recover from previous experience with drivers unfortunate events. I read your threads quite often and determine you are pleased with SRT. This is refreshing because everyone always thinks the grass is always greener on the other side. After Martin you made a decision and you are workin it. You are the quality person this company needs.
Voodoo Pyg and Lonesome Thank this. -

Lonesome Thanks this. -
That is awesome. I followed what Martin is trying to do with the rail head operation as much as possible. Looks like Martin owners were taking Warren Buffett serious. Trying to increase company rail opportunities and eliminate OTR.

So now OP I have some questions I would like to ask. Before I ask these questions I feel compelled to warn you that this is a public forum with over 200k members also anyone can just read threads without a membership. Are you able to answer the questions?
-
I'm perfectly aware of public forums that's what it's for! I'm truly giving my true experience with SRT. What do you need to know! I'll be glad to answer any questions to the best of my knowledge! Note: I'm just a driver with great expectations of SRT.

We have all discovered that someone has created a company policy that recovering deceased drivers is the family's responsibility.
Does the person that created this policy still maintain a position at SRT?
Was anyone terminated following this incident?
If a driver for SRT is driving on Sunday morning and has no cell phone signal. Suddenly feels like he is having a heart attack and he is in a vacant rest area. What process of communication is in place for the driver to request assistance?Vic Firth Thanks this.
