chiripping noise out of exhaust

When was the last overhead ran?

 

On a N14 Cummins I would say a leaking head gasket, maybe the same.
Could be a broken head bolt.

 

Check exhaust manifold for broken studs or cracks.

 

Chirping can be metal on metal.

 

Make sure it not the Bull Gear. Maybe turbo bearing is worn and the fins are hitting the turbo housing.

 

That's a good guess. Last time for me it was a torque converter ear that had broken and was hitting the bellhousing on my race car.
