    I think it's a stupid idea, but perhaps I am missing the larger picture. If this idiotic (IMO) idea goes thru they wouldn't need to build a facility just renovate and restore some of those military bases that Bush closed 20 years ago.

    In all honesty, this bill is a duplicate of one that came through several years ago. It secures additional contracts for KBR.

    At the moment, KBR has over 20 such facilities located across the I-20 and I-10 corridor. Built within the past 8 years for our wonderful goobermint.

    They're currently sitting empty, but staff is on site.

    There is a conspiracy site that shows a detailed map of ALL the facilities, finished, in progress, and slated to be built. I'll see if I can find it again and post it.

    One look at that map, raises a lot of questions. Especially when you consider, they are sitting empty for the moment.
