Walmart New Drivers Are as Valuable as Senior Drivers

I know as a dedicated; I’m paid less than the private fleet guys. But, I have a dog that travels with me; and I just don’t want to slip seat ever. I love OTR; but, my company; that has been awesome to me and for me for many years, asked me to help out for awhile on these short term contracts with Walmart; so I did. We are just plugging a hole until Walmart rebuilds their private fleet.. I try to respect and be an asset wherever I am working and try to do my best. If I sit down for coffee with these guys I ask about their families and stuff; not the job.... That’s not my place...

 

Haha, I,ve got 20 belt buckles, a watch, jackets, hats, flashlights, drink mugs, you name it. All worthless ####!

Never paid tax on a belt buckle.

 

i dont even have a belt buckle.

 

We used to have to sign a form for all the goofy awards but I never did fill one out for a buckle. I only had 4, I guess I will get 5 unless they change something again.

 

Ask the senior drivers for one...they have drawers full of them..

 

Don't forget a senior driver can now get $1500 for referring a new driver. It will be just like family all over again at WMT.
