I had 10 skids to deliver to Mclane today.. unfortunately every skid had mixed product so I had to break down each pallet and put every product on a different skid. ######### Mclane!!

It must be nice to believe the company actually has brains enough to at least try and hire someone competent. More than likely they will hire someone who is just as stupid as the previous company, if in different ways.
You sir, are a lot more optimistic than I am. :)

    Well, not a rant but....

They moved my start time up to 6:30 AM, and made the decision to add a day of transit time to my territory and a few other areas over here, so no more waiting for linehaul. I only get what’s already there and sitting on the dock.

Only bad part is, I’m done already.

Nope, he was and I quote, "The last professional Driver we'll ever have".
All others are just rubes for the picking.:biggrin_2559:
And he was dead serious about it too.

Meat in a seat, despite the problems he was causing.
Including as it turns out, attempting to bully our shippers, to just give him the shipments that he was there for. Without having any confirmation of WHAT he was there for, from him.

He also was, I have since found out. Telling our dispatchers that they were to only tell him where to pick up, and give him the shippers phone number and HE would decide if it was worth picking up.

    He was a REAL WINNER.
The atmosphere in the office is rather light hearted now that he's gone. He was INCREDIBLY toxic to all the ladies in the office.
He wouldn't push around any of the guys, but would instead try to bully the office ladies. To the point that he called the OWNER at home, to go around me (I'm the afternoon dock manager too now). In Order to not have to unload his own trailer, with stops that he didn't even do. Despite them having still been open when he left that area.
I know they were open because I LIVE in that area and know those stops.
