    Would not having, or being disabled, personal conveyance, or yard move be illegal or abusive to a driver, or independent contractor??

    I believe the carrier has the option to limit or even exclude it.

    That is what I am curious about being my carrier removed my personal conveyance. So I guess If I run out of drive time looking for parking they need to edit it later. But isn't this our right as drivers?

    Sounds like you work for a bunch of nazis going over and beyond what the regs say and it may bite you in the butt one day.. shouldmt need to be falsifying just because your micro manager employers decided you don’t need it.. time to get a new job

    Sounds like the company doesn't want the headach of an audit when you get caught lying on your logs. At least that's the way they see it.

    And pc is optional. There is no "right" to have it.

    Well I guess I'll see how many parking tickets I can get for driving until my drive limit is reached. And leave discretion up to the Trooper of the day.
