I'm with a company that I've just told I want to resign for another company that's local it seems even after I tell they want to keep me out for another 2 weeks afterwards. They say they are gonna try getting me into their local division but they have no local work in the Northeast. I told them 1 more week but they are still trying to keep me out looking for away to get me local even though they only do local Wisconsin area . What should I do?
Hard time resigning, won't listen or get me home.

What do you mean? What should I do. You quit!! When your time is up you pull your stuff out of the truck. Let me get this straight. As long as they keep dispatching you, you're just going to keep working? If that's the case they are never going to stop.
Opendeckin, sevenmph, iceman32 and 15 others Thank this. -
Tell them to take this job and shove it you do not work here anymore.sevenmph, not4hire and bryan21384 Thank this. -
Wow is all I can say when I read these stories.
F them. Document emails and conversations and return their truck immediately and ba bye. -
Maybe give them a LOL this is your last chance to make revenue on my trip home...find a load coming home or it comes home empty...your choice.
Document everything. -

Call the US Marshall's and tell them you are being held hostage by your employer.
Unless you are handcuffed to the steering wheel, tell your dispatcher to route you to the yard or they will have to send someone to get the truck from where ever you leave it.MagnumaMoose, Mattflat362, plankton and 2 others Thank this. -
Make sure your stuff is packed ahead of time and the truck is clean.
If you let them keep you out and keep saying one more week, then a year from now you will still be pulling for them.Mattflat362 and snowmantrucking101 Thank this.
