"A/C CONTROL" relay needs to be energized when you turn on the ac. This sends power through the freeze switch in the heater box and then back to the fuse panel and through "AIR COND" relay out to the compressor. "AIR COND" relay needs to be UNENERGIZED to send power to the clutch. With the system turned on, if you unplug this relay and plug it back in and can hear/feel it clicking, this means one of the pressure safety switches has tripped. If this relay is not clicking, then you need to see if power is going through the freeze switch.

AC control has power to it but the freeze
Switch has no power to either leg air con relay when I unplug doesn’t click the ac control relay does click when unplugged if
I understand correctly the problem should be between AC control relay and freeze
    Switch

AC control relay will have power at two terminal, 30 and 85. Power from 30 goes through the relay, out 87 to the freeze switch. Make sure you have power at 30. This comes from breaker F1-B, 10 amp. If you jump power to one of the freeze switch legs, the compressor should engage as a test.

Power from that comes directly from the left battery stud almost directly above that breaker. If you have low battery protection system, that battery stud gets cut off and all accessories become unpowered too. You can tell if you the low battery protection because you will have square warning light on the dash for "LOW BATT" and there is no big copper buss bar between the two battery studs. If you do have the copper buss bar, then you do not have that protection system and you just need fix your loss of power there. Hopefully just a broken wire right there.
