    They are cutting 200 trucks according to their inter company newsletter.

    They have this thing about keeping debt free which drives part of the decision making I would suspect.

    Other carriers like USX seem to be positioning themselves for a rebound in freight and having the ability to have assets in place.. They seem to think that the acceleration in carrier failures will make a opportunity for them in the future.

    I guess will see who comes out ahead in the future.
