That driver was smoking a joint unsafely! There should be laws against trying to toke a shorty without a roach clip.
Burned his fingers, lit shorty fell into his future generations, and he panicked. Pure lack of appropriate help from a qualified trainer.Last edited: Aug 29, 2018

A 48 year old child too selfish, immature and stupid to control himself and his personal weakness caused a major accident. Yep.... Pothead behavior.

They’ve got the moron on under the influence and possession (either he had some weed in the cab and/or on his person)so I guarantee ISP is gonna rake his *** over the coals!!Bean Jr. Thanks this. -

There is many legal products some can take to alter reality which makes it interesting as to why someone would light one up, the stink from that weed is hard to hide and a non smoker will smell it sometimes hours after they blazed that. Some officers are better than those drug sniffing dogs and that driver probably ran into one. Wonder if that driver was running down the shoulder of the road trying to smoke the evidence since he new he screwed up huge.
Lepton1 Thanks this. -
I'm guessing the third driver in line sandal slipped off the break, causing the lead driver to panic and smoke a joint. Poor guy in the middle who knows.
Relax nax. -
Well I don't suppose we have to worry about him being on the road ever again... Were I as stupid as he was and therefore indulged in the use of pot while operating a CMV... I'd have just set there and got just as stoned out of my gourd as I could get until law enforcement arrived and hauled my ### away... Not going to make things any worse, already screwed the pooch anyway. Because it is going to be a long time until he will be able to indulge again.
