I've been looking at moving to West Side Transport (Cedar Rapids, IA) and running their Dedicated 'Flex' account based out of their Columbus, OH terminal. Supposedly, will be home every weekend (Friday evening - Monday 700 AM)., 90% drop & hook with multiple stops daily; Nice sign-on bonus and average starting .cpm, but they also pay a flat base pay for each load. Anyone currently driving or recently drove for them who will offer opinions, pro's and cons?
