There is no such thing as a real trainer, they are all guys/gals who just drove for a while, some as long as 6 months.
I would find another company, like yesterday.
I would also talk to the Human Resources people about this, I would not talk to dispatch or any other person. I would ask them if this behavior is acceptable because of the issues he has with using proper facilities.
The reason you need to bring it to their attention is the potential of sexual harassment/exposure from the guy, he already has an issue with you being there and doesn't take precautions to refrain from defecating like an animal, so hit them hard with this issue and let them figure out what to do.
In the mean time, be the model employee and do everything right.
Urine containers, and worse with my team driver.

This is disgusting. Why kind of person lets another person disrespect them by taking a #### behind them in a sleeper? Apart from the “teacher” being a slob, id say this driver will easily be taken advantage of if he doesnt pick his head up and stop feeling sorry about his situation. I see many sorry looking guys out here walking around like they've got no voice. I dont like it.

Solos are really hard put to poop anywhere much less the bed. (Sleeper) it's seriously difficult. You need something like a raging whiteout and 60 below or something to be worth a try onto aluminum foil to pack out and dispose of later.
Im finished here.
One one thought. Do NOT ask HR if it is acceptable. (It's NOT to you..) stand your ground. Worse thing to worse you are finding another trucking company to run for. That is the one thing that scares most people into taking more abuse than they should ever accept.
You even have posts here on TTR from time to time from scardy cat noobs raised by helicopter moms unable to decide if they wanna try for a better employer and being fearful to do anything about a bad situation. Whatever it is.
Ive quit so many times on principle. I am very good with driving or teaming. Even training. But frankly if something comes up not acceptable to me Im gone. I don't give a #### about that company then. If they are any good at all, we will make this divorce a clean one. Maybe. Sometimes it's a MESS for which I pay big time for it and in some cases continue to pay for years. If it's worth it, I'll pay it. But either way I am gone. -
Curdog - first, I'm not a driver, my husband is, but as one woman to another.... Get out of there. The behavior you've described is escalating and could very likely continue on to something even worse - like flashing you or attempting to touch you.
I would follow the advice given here to start putting in applications elsewhere immediately and I would call Human Resources directly and file a formal complaint against this guy today. If they fire you after a formal harassment complaint then you will be in a very good position for recompense.
Meanwhile, protect YOURSELF and stop this now. I wish you the best.Sirscrapntruckalot, austinmike, frizzbees and 2 others Thank this. -

Okay... it’s a done deal. I called and said upon further consideration and after researching the issue further, and considering the unanimous opinions of other drivers not affiliated with my company I would like to file a formal complaint for sexual harassment. The safety guy (they don’t have HR department) said okay he would tell management and get back to me. I feel like I have poked a great big beehive but you guys are right they are taking advantage of my naievity.x1Heavy and Swiss Mountain Dog Thank this. -

Just think about it like this.... If you were sharing a cubicle in an office and he pooed in a bucket by his desk with you in the cubicle ... That would never be OK. -
Just spitballing here......maybe check and see if the city buses in Chattanooga are hiring.
Most companies have an okay starting wage, but once you're qualified they bump you up a couple more bucks per hour.Swiss Mountain Dog Thanks this.
