just updated from the recruiter, the cdl school is on hold because they had a lot of new people come through and they are waiting on trainers so they are backed up.

Ok, I have just been corrected on a couple of things.. ALL Entry Level Permits will start out at .35- local, regional, and OTR. ALL Entry Level CDL will start out at .36- local, regional, and OTR. All experienced drivers will start out at .41. Legally you have to be driving for 1 year to be considered experienced. That's not company policy, that's federal regulations. Anything under a year is considered to be entry level. I apologize for the miscommunication. This pay restructure is barely a week old so I'm still getting used to it as well. "
