Question about the ACIs and border crossings

    It’s not too bad really, they’ve actually streamlined the process quite a bit over the course of the last few years.

    Of course you still need to show up at the correct crossing. ;)

    Unless you get paid in US funds, the fuel isn't that much cheaper. Right now in ND, diesel is about $1.12-1.15 CAD per litre ($3.20-3.25 USD per gallon).

    Also,another point. don't arrive at the border crossing less than an hour from when the ACI is accepted by Customs. It's an $8,000 fine.
