Sometimes the door is bent so what you have to do is snap the top of the trailer door into he slot and catch it just right with the handle closing at the same time.

As far as the lights or simple stuff, anything that hurts a motor carrier and driver like that will limit that driver to the bare minimum basic pay out here. Taking the extra little bit for attention to detail can put tens of thousands of dollars into a driver's pocket over a career.

Was just holding another can of dip just like this when a bumblebee flew into my truck. I froze and watched it while getting my fly swatter ready.
Then that friggin bee went straight for my chest/armpit. Totally forget about holding the dip and did a whole body freakout.
    Dip everywhere. I'm brilliant. lol

After about 20mins of messing with the door....I was done messing around with it. I'm not going to spend all day trying to close a trailer door. And Tyson should have caught that #### when they preloaded the trailer over the weekend.

Did you try grabbing a load lock, applying pressure at the top of the door to get it to latch?

I hadn’t thought of that. Good for future issues. Thanks

I didn't even think about that. But, that would have just been passing the issue to the next driver and I do try not to pass issues to the next guy. W&B out of Longview is at that Tyson almost everyday, so, it's being dealt with.

Tyson transloaded the 10 pallets to another trailer in record time.

Next time I run into a trailer door like that I will have to make a video of it. They are like a rare disease that affects reefers, dryvans and flatbeds LOL

Do it please. I got my ladder out and smacked one near the top with my mallet a few times to get its attention. It didn’t fix anything, but made me feel a whole lot better.
