That's true, but this is saying that some companies do pay for a reset. I think it is not near enough though.

If there is an accident there insurance covers you. Your name is listed insured ,plus plus they have worker comp they pay for all the drivers so I don't see what your deal is. You complaint of something you know nothing about. :) ow. I even check with the lawyers when I sue and won big money from 1099 back in the day . When they stiffed me with no payin

Oh so you’re just a driver and not an independent contractor? How can they provide workers comp for an independent contractor? And I know plenty about these 1099 companies. Keep making the big bucks with no benefits while I net the same or more than you after taxes plus I have full benefits.

It's time to hit the road. Don't stay to long or you will get comfortable to the situation and have a tough time moving on. Do what's right for you. Look after yourself, the carriers won't so don't feel any guilt about leaving. It's just business.

I tell people that many of these small outfits are just as bad or even worse then the Swifts or CRST's of the world.. So what if your a name & not a truck number. I don't care what you call me as long as my wallet is thick with A. Jacksons.
My advise? Make getting payed easy by getting a local driving job. Then you will be getting paid for your time & not how many miles you can squeeze out of your E-logs.

    Lonesome and Oldironfan Thank this.
