Best energy supplement? For otr

Clonazepam (2 mg) works well to help you relax. It's like a valium. You won't feel drugged in the morning. My doctor said he would rather I take that instead of ambien, etc.

 

Isnt that on the dot no go list? Or does the Dr have to sign off on it saying it won't adversely effect you? It has addiction potential if you don't take it right and not fun from what I've read. Used to be prescribed it for sleep/anxiety but decided it wasn't worth the risk.

My doctor says it's no more addictive than alcohol, but anything that alters your mood is potentially addictive. You cannot overdose on them, so that may be a factor. While they don't want you drugged out, I would think being able to get quality sleep would be more important to them.

 

I'd rather slow down and do maybe 2400 miles looking for more per miles honestly than trying to jolt my system with pills.

 

It's not the miles, it's the situation. Driving different hours, being tired but knowing if you don't get through a large city before rush hour you are screwed, strict appointment time at a shipper, etc. Sometimes you just can't rest.
