In post #17, you admit you are plagiarizing the idea. Here, let me show you:
That is a direct response to fargonaz suggesting you are being pragmatic but you counter with your quote. On one hand, you imply your idea is orginal, then 8 hours later, you say you copied someone's idea to make it your own (by definition, that is what plagiarism is).

I am obliged to ask, which hand is it, original or plagiarized?

And another thing, don't make a habit of insulting the members of this forum.

    Dave_in_AZ and fargonaz Thank this.

    WTF are you talking about?

I have my own trucks, employees and business, I don’t need to purchase a truck from you.

Wow, I hadn't been in here since I last replied to diet Coke. This got heated in a short time. To the OP, you can make it sound as good as you want it to, it's still a lease purchase. Do you like french or ranch on your salad? It's still a salad. I'm curious as to why you're acting so mad that everyone can see what this is. maybe you're mad that you're the millionth person to come up with this revolutionary idea.

You are wrong because you are not asking me specifics, devil is in the details. Would you being in a position of needing to own your own truck and trailer, want to enter into a contract to own deal where you didn't have to put up your own money to buy into the equipment. IN ADDITION ... You will drive under authority free of charge. MEANING all the money goes into your pocket, you just make 1,500 plus 650 monthly payment for truck and trailer. IN RETURN of the 42 month period... YOU WILL OWN THE EQUIPMENT. No balloon payments!

Now... IS that a good deal? If it isn't please intelligently elaborate. Thank you

You got honest answers. What you wanted is conformation. Sorry, we tend to be honest here, sometime brutally so. You asked about leasing, and leasing a used truck at that.

And no, the devil is not in the details. You can polish a turd all you want. It's still a turd.

Here is a question, if you pay 100% (minus truck and trailer payment) how are you going to pay your insurance? Or tags? Or anything else the Authority has to pay?
Did you plan to line item them to the driver? If that's the case you are already not being honest in how much it will cost the driver to run the truck.

Also, there is never a time someone "needs" to own a truck. If they can't get credit to buy one with the proper business plan then they can wait and save up. No, it's that someone is simply trying to shortcut the whole financial system, the same system they have proved (by bad credit) should not trust the driver.
SO far 100% of the time someone has talked about leasing here, it's been a scam. How is your way different than everyone other plan we've heard?

I can't give away fully my business model. Nor do I EVER plan on advertising my business model for someone else to figure it out. Lets say this. In 2011 I started a business relating to trucking and I knew in 2011 I would end up with competitors. Now 2018 sure enough I was right. I have two competitors and one of them was a former customer who figured how I did it.

So I came a driver on Jan 17 2017 and my original idea its essentially the same parameters, but different details. You can't understand trucking unless you are an actual driver. That was the point of me driving a truck to develop my idea.

Yes insurance, freight factoring, fuel card, lumper checks etc etc is all planned out. The driver gets 100% of the load! Paid the next day. So, your thoughts? I assume I would get drivers beating down my door for this deal.
