Definitely! Beyond the shadow of any doubt. Carhart arctic wear. They changed the name. Forget that name now.
It has a rather stiff feeling cordura nylon shell. First impression is it’s too thin. It’s black. Best winter gauntlet I’ve ever worn. I know. I live in South Dakota. I’ve worn the overalls with coat in a -30f windchill and laughed at it.
Get yourself waterproof (at least) 1200 gram insulated boots. I have Cabelas White Tail boots. Love them.
Have 2000 something gram pac boots. Have never worn them. Other pair were always good.
Definitely water proof gloves.

 

Get these for most of the time in winter. For driving, etc. I call them my winter slippers. Very comfortable. I love them.

 

I'm with @WesternPlains , Carhartt for bibs, jackets and the like. They aren't cheap but they have been the best I've worn so far and pretty much indestructable.

Gloves might depend on the type of work you do. I have to do a decent amount of finer connecting so something bulky doesn't work well for me but like he said waterproof if your job functions will allow it.

 

Depends on what you do, and where your doing it....if driving flats and going to cold states(winter is not created equal in all states)+10 to the guys who said carrharts.very expensive but they will last the test of time and are very warm. I live in mn and have bought cheaper stuff only to pay twice when upgrading.save some bucks and but buy right stuff the first time

I think tanker drivers need the "huddle wear" to stay warm while they are standing around.

Open deck drivers need layers to shed because they are out doing work and heating up.

Reefer drivers might need something warm while they count the load at some frozen storage place..

Van drivers can just use sweats and flip flops to run out and shut the doors.....
