He could have walked to the bar next to the TA in Paulsboro, NJ and then came up 283 or the Turnpike.

Would not be the least bit surprised if and when that did happen. This guy will be lucky to if he survives in prison, if the other inmates find out that he killed a kid. My thoughts and prayers are with this family. B

If there were laws that had teeth against any business that served drinks that business would no longer be in business at all. And we would be a society without the ability to enjoy a drink anywhere, including at home or in our Country. They tried that with Prohibition once. It only killed more people faster via indirect means other than just the drinking part.

I am computing approximately 5 hours driving from drinking jersey place all the way to Harrisburg south where he killed the people. You would think that if he was THAT far gone, there were many other spots where people might have called it in to the highways law enforcement long before he made Harrisburg. Sometimes I suspect they did not want any part of it and stayed to themselves, by extension by not getting involved made it possible for three children to be killed that day.

One thing good for him I suspect would be the permanent drying out in jail first. If that does not kill him outright. Most Jails have the attitude that if you are sick from withdrawals cold turkey wtih DT's and other problems that are potentially lethal (And has killed prisoners before in custody relatively quickly, even with a hospital across the street) shows a very deep insitutional ignorance about what it takes to regain a body-mind connection system that has gone out of control with medicines. You cannot for the most part get high like you would hard drugs in the tolerance you have built up as a addict. But what you do have a real chance of being killed for no treatment at all for the withdrawal. If you don't stroke out outright first. I remember my first med detox night I was rolling about a 245 over 170 bp which required some special medicine pretty quickly to get it down before something really got bad in the body with pernament losses to mobility etc.

And a prisoner? He or she is literally on their own. It matters not to the state if he or she lives or dies. It does matter to the state that they get NOTHING at all while in custody.
