    Just move on, new job!
No ticket so it’s only the companies opinion that it was preventable. You know if the cop could charge you she would have.

The thing is most times there were actions the driver could have taken. Not always but most.

There are thousands of million plus miles accident free drivers in the industry. That does not happen by accident. No pun intended.

Way way more of the "accidents happen" crowd. They keep the Carolina Cargos and mom and pops paying 1099 in business.

Food service will take you (sysco, mclane, us foods etc) jb Hunt will take you. Lots of guys will take you. I noticed on this forum, after someone gets in an accident almost everyone is gonna rush to say only 2nd chance companies will take you. Simply not the truth

    Ricky Lee Thanks this.

With a fresh accident showing an injury, even only on a company level, could make it very difficult to land another job quickly. Yes, there are exceptions.
