Luzerne County Community College class action lawsuit.

I dont get how I'm considers a refresher because I don't have a license to refresh now. So how do I take a refresher with no license? I was out here working my ### off up at 3 am trying to gain experience and i picked up a few bad habits. My buddy got a dui when he had his cdl waited five years and is back on the road. I'm missing something. Some just isn't right here. LCCC should have to put me back through the course in my opinion.

 

That's why I started this thread. I was hoping to find people who were also affected by LCCC's negligence to follow the rules. So now my life is screwed right now because they didn't follow the rules? No way man. I'm beyond pissed.

 

Make progress slowly but surely. I contacted a lawyers office. I left a brief description of the case and left my information. She said the lawyer will be in contact with me. If not I'll keep trying more lawyers. I also contacted Dimino driving school. I got some prices and brief description of the program. Now it's just trying to figure out how I'm gonna work, attend this class, and stay on top of my bills at the same time. LCCC definetly needs to pay for all this hardship they have not only cost me but others. If you were affected by this school, feel free to reach out. We can't let them just get away with this.

 

So I talked to the Munley law firm they said they couldn't take the case. I was referred to the Lackawanna bar association. I hope I find someone to take this case. I feel like this could be a high profile case for someone looking to make a name for themselves. So if you were affected by this school reach out too me. Don't let just get away with this.

 

I just wanted to add a little more to the thread. After getting my permit back and taking road test twice, I got my cdl A license back and I am back on the road.

 

It's different when you get your license but taken off you because of other people's mistakes.
