I hear you, deep dig for sure. Have reached out to plenty of outside the box type hauling ideas. Some respond with the prospect of sporadic work, some don't respond at all. haha.
Working out of several local quarry's already so if they stay busy into winter, I should be good.
Thanks for the information, never called on Berks Products since I have been busy and didn't think of them as a winter outlet for my truck. Thanks for the information!

This quarry is probably the biggest in the immediate area. They run all year long too.Last edited: Oct 24, 2018

I have driven past this quarry a hundred times and amazingly, have never reached out to them. I will now. Thanks so much for the heads up!

Note that Restof mine is buried forever and ever since the 94' quake.
Most mines load upwards of 10,000 tons of salt a day, Im pretty sure if you wish to find a trucking company that hauls the stuff all over. Go for it. For example, Akzo salt to Maryland Highways barn and off loaded for snow fighting pending next winter. and go back to NY State empty. If youre wise on spending, the money will take care of itself.

We have a lot of work year round, all through the winter as well. If your looking for work in Pennsylvania, is there a way that I can contact you?

Park it in the drive way with buckets over the stacks and go drinking, all the damage salt does to the truck for what it pays you wind up owing money to haul it
Cat sdp Thanks this.
