The reviews i read on SRT are frightening i dnt hve time for none of that. I overstand that with any cmpny there will be upheavals nd i look forward to facing sum of those thing. What i will not endure is them playing with ma cash and many of the reviews is them lowballing orientees. Smh! Well now i hve many offers and several decisions. I need to get to wrk asap so i dnt lose my sanity first then evrythng else.

As was already mentioned, do not get sucked in by the negative people and drama queens. Some companies get a bad reputation because one or two people screwed up and they got reprimanded or fired, and so they start bad mouthing the place, and it spreads like wildfire because many like gossip and a good drama story. When I wore a younger mans clothes, I worked for a place that had a bad reputation, and I loved it there. I ignored the negativity and just did my job. Best #### place I ever worked at, but terrible reputation because the owners wanted it done their way, not how some people would have liked it. They employer who signed my paychecks was who I listened to, not the screw ups who were caught messing up and then complained.

Look at it this way...any experience is good experience. The more you get, the more you're worth to a carrier. So even if you're starting wages are low compared to industry standard, you're still gaining experience. If you don't see an increase in wage after 1 year, then consider moving on.

I have always been an advocate of being truthful on those apps. I will say this however. If that app is available on the internet to just anybody I will NOT be totally honest on it.I will make up a SSAN too. If I can't leave that option blank I will answer it false. Then later when contacted I will be more honest. I'm not a big fan of this felony question anyway. Of course there are some situations where it is necessary. One thing people need to understand, once something is up on the internet it is always there. EXAMPLE!

I'm so glad you got a second chance because sometimes that's all that is needed to get on a track of stability and productive living. As far as why other companies followed suit and are now offering job opportunities might be because whatever was showing prior may have not been viewed correctly by the HR department. Also when a major company sign off that you may be a great fit, the competition doesn't want to be miss out, if you know what I mean.

Never take a Youtube video from a trucker at face value if he's griping and whining. There's some good Youtube videos out there by truckers, that are helpful to new drivers, but there seems to be more where some driver is just griping and complaining and doesn't contribute anything helpful to other drivers.snowlauncher and Wargames Thank this. -

What I always take into account with respect to negative reviews of companies is that about 99% of everyone will never admit to any sort of wrong doing under any circumstances, and if something goes awry it cannot be their fault so all problems are blamed on the company even if the company was not the cause of the issue.
