Well given it was a woman who wants to bet she was finger banging her phone at said time

 

She doesnt appear to be the brightest one around. If I killed some one my face would be of sorrow and misery

 

Hmm. So MEN especially Truckers Don't "finger Bang their phones" Sound a little one sided.

 

Please understand that most safety courses Advise that when you are putting out flares and triangles to ALWAYS face the oncoming traffic unless the roadway is more than 500-ft clear of oncoming traffic. Pull far enough off the road so that you stand a chance of getting out of the way of reckless or inattentive drivers of ANY sex. Not to say this would have made a difference in this case, but too often we don't practice this suggestion.

Sex is not a factor as far as an accident but it will be a major consideration at the time of sentencing. Is she were a white woman a sentence would be most likely a probation or something ridiculous like that. Black women do not soften judge' hearts as much, but if you are a male, especially a black male, they'd throw a book at you.

 

I suspect we’ll learn the individual is no stranger to establishments that sell or serve alcohol, and police station booking rooms and probably should not have a valid drivers license.
