    On US 431 South in Seale Alabama there used to be a low bridge. I think it was 13' 1". They have since built a bypass.
    Anyway I started my career with Boyd Brothers. Well there was a truck bypass route but it was well known that if you could fit under the bridge the cops wouldn't bother you.
    So I'm cruisin down the road one night in my flatbed so I just go straight under the bridge. Well, there was a truck behind me pulling a van and he just followed me disregarding the truck route.
    I look in my mirror and all i see is sparks flying. It was quite the fireworks show. I'll never forget it. Epic.

    First time I took a big rig to Texas I saw a clearance sign up ahead:

    "22'8" "

    Yep, everything's bigger in Texas, even the "low clearance" locations! :p
