Obviously not a starter company. They require 18 months experience, or 2 years if you have no flatbed experience. Anyone heard or know about them, good or bad or otherwise?

Yes sir,I lost my ### with them.Russian owned, orientation is definitely a joke. All they're interested in is getting the paperwork signed and getting you in a truck that by the time your lease is done you've payed $250,000 for. They'll promise you new equipment but will tell you they have to give you a used trailer and used truck because of something on your credit..thing is they advertise and tell drivers no credit check and They still expect new equip. payments. They clear loads with you before taking them but will leave you sitting if you turn it down.Sent me to California often and as you know flatbed pays good going in but you're screwed coming out.Even when I would book my own load to get out of Cali they would somehow fumble the ball and lose it.Some of the blame I place on myself but you're somewhat in a position of suck it up or sit.Two times on Call trips I came out over a thousand in the hole, best bet no matter how well it pays going..stay off the West Coast. If you get a dispatcher that will back your loads that you book, you're golden.I was sent to North Carolina to load on Fri. Got there and was told that they had no loads..bad enough but I had deadheaded from Virginia to get this well paying load.Called my dispatcher,he texted me back and said he was getting a tattoo,he'd call me.Long story short I sat there till Monday.I was red hot..I could've gotten a tattoo for what I blew on fuel and let him know it was ########.Last straw.Don't count on getting your escrow back either. The owner called and asked me to stay but my mind was made up and I learned a huge lesson. No dedicated freight or customer base, you screwed yourself really...hope this novel helps lol.
Pros: The entire female staff looks like Russian supermodels

When I was there they had way way less trucks. But I'm telling you there is absolutely 0 point to orientation.Just guys #### chatting and paperwork. They want to get that paperwork signed and signed quick.Make sure you read the fine print.I've heard some guys have had success with a good dispatcher but I unfortunately had two in a row that were more worried about flirting with girls and screwing around than my career. They'll take anybody. You'll get a $2500 line of credit at the Tarp shop in Gary,In.I watched a driver take off with his booms down, stop and get and look around then get in his truck and take off again sparks flying.I had to chase him down.Booms bent first day.Anyway, good luck and God bless y'all

They have less than 400 trucks. You’re looking at the number of vehicle inspections and conflating that with the number of trucks. Some trucks were inspected more than once. Clearly. Also, 27 crashes doesn’t necessarily mean their drivers were at fault. In fact, most crashes involving CMV aren’t the fault of the commercial driver at all. Something along the lines of 85% on average aren’t the fault of the driver. That would mean that out of 27, you’re looking at probably 4-5 at best that their driver was at fault. Out of 317 power units.

Certainly not a sterling inspection record, but one could chalk that up to lease operators not taking care of their equipment.

And regarding loads to California... literally their advertising materials and every conversation I have had with drivers, recruiters or even former drivers indicates that they don’t run anywhere west of the Rockies at all.

Not saying the person who said they went there was lying, but that’s not what I’ve seen or heard at all. The few people I know there show me their settlements and they are clearing 3-4K a week after expenses, before taxes. Running maybe 1900-2500 miles a week on average.

Again, not saying you’re lying, so much as that’s not what I’m seeing.

I've got pictures to prove it..in Idaho,in Las Vegas at Las Vegas motor Speedway delivering sound equipment,in Salinas and at the University of California Santa Cruz delivering greenhouses. In fact C/O posted my pics on their page.I can definitely say I'm not lying.Like I stated some with good dispatchers have been successful. On my first run I stayed out 4 months,I was there to succeed
