Safety messaged me about my Drivewyze not working several days ago. Today I messaged back to check up on it. Then Matt G sent me a message (I wasn't aware he was involved) like "is your Drivewyze really not working still?" He knows everything! Lol he said "that's rediculous, I'll get on it!".

Just another reason why I like working here. The Drivewyze thing really isn't a huge deal to me. But I've got the big guns looking out for me!

It seems like the drivewyze issue should be an easy fix. Lol, the IT part still left in me wonders if it's as simple as a field conflict or other such thing. If I were to purchase my own device subscription, I'd look into Best Pass as they cover the most states.

Matt getting involved means there is a major problem. Hopefully they can do a fleet message and see who's having what issues. Technology is a wonderful thing...when it works.
