What causes a turbo to blow....

    Top 7 reasons a turbo fails:
    1 oil drain size is too small
    2. Block in crank case vent pressurizing oil pan not allowing oil to drain from turbo properly
    3. Oil level...more important on cars than on trucks
    4. Oil pressure
    5 .hot shut offs
    6 .improper oil weight
    7. Oil contamination

    I bought a Donaldson high flow from fleet pride...cant even tell, not too much extra volume at all

    Decided to go ahead and put a BW turbo on there along with a ceramic manifold. Among other parts....

    also...is everything just plug and play or do they need to go into my computer.....?

    All plug n play...however, do yourself a favor and get by Kenley, nc...or Effingham, il and have the Diesel dr reprogram your ecm....WELL worth the $350 and with the upgrades, she'll scream

    Is the one in kenly the same as the one in Effingham...Diesel doctor right? Is it exit 105?

    My turbo blew in my Volvo d12 they told me a leak in the cac caused it. Absolutely a leak will cause the turbo to over spin and blow
