As far as plug and play led bulbs go, most are horrible...especially for high beams. The only one I've heard good things about is diode dynamics sl1 bulbs but they are pricey and may be geared more towards reflector housings.

That headlight is a perfect candidate for a bixenon hid projector retrofit. I think you can find a direct bolt in option by the looks of those ones. www.theretrofitsource.com has everything you'd need to have the best lights you've ever seen...

Here is a retrofit I did using a Morimoto fx-r projector.... You can easily tell how much brighter it is.

These 2 pics are one I did using a Morimoto md2s 4.0 projector and Phillips xv2 bulbs. I have never seen so good in my entire life! My western star has the evo2 jw speakers and they absolutely suck compared to my retrofit headlights..... Plus the projectors have a good cutoff line so I never get flashed.

I recently replaced the left and right headlamp assemblies, the old ones used the worthless H-7 bulb. The new ones use the H-11 bulb. I have since installed H-11 LED lamps, much brighter, plug and play with no issues so far.

I bought H7 led bulb from Headlight Experts. Works great. A friend of mine bought the same about a year ago, no problems.

Did anyone come up with a good solution to the issue? I love the results that Dustin got, but will it work in the 5700EX headlight setup? Thanks My lights are so bad I can't hardly drive at night anymore!
