You did it better than anybody else. I hope to do the same in the company driver category for this company in the near future.

Congratulations on DOTY award from FCC!
I was wondering where you ordered your truck mattress from Jason? If through FCC or a website where I could get one. Thank you

    Crusader66 Thanks this.

Getting empty in Ellabell, Georgia 3 hours before my actual appointment time. From here I will bounce over to Sumter, Sc and pick up a preloaded trailer going to Broken Bow, Nebraska for a drop Wednesday or Thursday.

I have been reflecting on Friday’s awards banquet/holiday party, and something keeps popping in my head, just a small thing that makes this company so different than any I have ever worked for. During the ####tail/social hour the head of sales was walking around picking drivers brains, “are there any issues at any of our-customers?”, “are you being treated fairly and with respect at our customers?”. These people genuinely care about the drivers out on the road, and the constant real effort to make sure our customer base is on their game.

This is Why they are always in the top 5 carriers to drive for.... A save to understand that taken care of your employees and contractors and keeping them happy will in turn keep the customers happy which will allow the company to grow... Too many of the big fleets either don't get it or don't seem to care..

I’m going to politely disagree with your statement here in the sense that I don’t think that’s a small thing at all. Sooo many times in my career thus far, (namely reefer) where you’ll be sitting at a dock for eons on end, only to call dispatch and get the “well that’s just how it goes”. No, it’s not. Sometimes, yes, but not always. The squeaky wheel gets the grease, and from what I’ve gathered with my time lurking on this thread, is FCC is finely lubed. And that’s great for drivers, the company, the customers and morale especially.
