A dear friend of mine's brother made a badly timed turn and a trailer caught him front of tandems. It damaged him after that brothers death.
I don't do well as a passenger when I see a mill truck start lifting on his clutch wanting to pull out in front of us in traffic. My driver is more than good about it but it's something I would prefer not to have a problem with. To have gotten lucky all these years to be mashed by a idiot in a CDL mill company.
Is it just me, or are cars trying to wreck into trucks on purpose lately?

One of my first schools, John Archer in Maryland was overhauled or closed after asbestos was throughout the building from older construction codes.
They tease a little bit but back home you could break off a flake of that leaded paint if you were having a appetite earlier than usual for dinner. God only knows what I inhaled growing up in that old place.
In short, suing is something you were very careful not to do unless you could show that you suffered loss and harm. Because if you lost such a case, you got to pay the atty fees for the other party.
